Have you heard?

Have you all heard the BEST news yet? According to the AP, Senators have agreed to extend the tax credit for first time home buyers AND to offer a reduced credit to repeat buyers. The reduced credit would be up $6500. to buyers who have owned their home for five years. The credits would be for those who sign sales contracts by April 2010 and close by the end of June. This is a preliminary report, details and conditions may change. We will give more details as they become available. Check back here!
